Capacity
A rotary steam-activation kiln and multi-deck screening lines produce 12000 MTPA today. Modular kiln bays and duplicate utilities permit swift, demand-led expansion.
Laboratory & Quality Assurance
An ISO-aligned laboratory certifies every lot against ASTM, AWWA B600, NSF/ANSI 61, EN 12915, JIS, and Anglo American Research standards. Every shipment leaves with a traceable COA and, when requested, third-party validation.
Automation & Compliance
PLC-controlled temperature flue gas loops, dust capture, emissions scrubbing, and closed-loop water reuse keep operations precise, clean, and regulation-forward.
Supply chain and logistics
We're situated right in the heart of the coconut plantations in South India with an enormous supply quantity and within overnight reach of Cochin and Tuticorin ports—securing feedstock and export access.
